First Look

So When I started to read this book I felt very bored the first chapter & introduction it felt like I didn’t understand so read again then i realize its not the book problem its a vocabulary problem so again I read, third time and this time while reading i used google and took help of AI to understand the meaning of the words based on the context and trust me its not that important but still kept reading and finally I found something very useful that i can really apply in my life to improve my behavior and understand others also.

Important Lessons

After reading this I have understand:

How many narcissist people are out there and according to this book there are three of them and it teaches us how they behave also how to identify them etc etc, Here you go:

Number one Human Nature is Deep Narcissist

Who they are: They are deeply insecure but hide it behind ego.

How they behave: Constantly need attention and validation, Manipulate, lie, or play the victim, Feel superior but are easily hurt, Lack empathy for others

How to identify them: If you disagree with them, they feel attacked, They never take responsibility—everything is always your fault.

Okay, So Understand in this way basically these types of people don’t consider other peoples as human beings they think other human beings as an object or tool that must be used they think this way because the reason is simple they are shallow from inside where a normal human being has some core made of some values and beliefs on the other hand these deep narcissists are shallow from inside you can say they have a total lack of inner self, these types of people consumes others energy, time and attention and emotions also so that they can feel real or human, These creature view you and me as a human extensions of themselves to be used and drained out rather than independent human beings. You Know why ? Because they are terrified of being seen as flawed and that’s why they manipulate, blame others to protect their fragile “EGO”

After Reading This My Concern Is:

Are they born with this personality and finally the answer is NO, it all depends on their nature & nurture. If parents raised their child with over care and condition their child that if you achieve something then you’ll be validate it must be the reason, well there is another reason and that is poor nurturing may be the child is you know emotionally, mentally or any other way got abused thats why they are well it depends on person to person you can figure it out by yourself.

Second Human Nature is Functional Narcissist

Who they are: They have narcissistic traits, but they can still function well in life.

How they behave: Confident and ambitious, Like praise and recognition, Can be selfish at times, Can work in teams if it benefits them

How to identify them: They care about success more than people, but they’re not destructive like deep narcissists.

Well In simple terms, a functional narcissist acts this way because they’ve figured out that being successful is the best way to get attention. They use their good qualities like being a hard worker, a charming leader, or a helpful friend as a tool to make sure people constantly praise them. Deep down they often feel very insecure, so they stay busy and productive to prove to themselves and everyone else that they are special. They aren’t trying to be bad they are just using success as a shield to hide their need for constant approval. They have fragile egos, though somewhat balanced, I think. They believe that if they don’t succeed, people will forget them — and yes, this belief also depends on both nature and nurture.

Third Human Nature is Healthy Narcissist

Who they are: They have self-love, not self-obsession.

How they behave: Confident but grounded, Know their worth without putting others down, Can accept criticism, Have empathy and emotional control

How to identify them: They don’t need to prove superiority, They’re secure—even when no one is watching.

My Point is a healthy narcissist is someone who has good enough self-love; they feel confident and proud of who they are, but they still care deeply about the feelings of others. They behave this way because they have a strong inner foundation, meaning they don’t need to brag or act better than everyone else just to feel important. Because they feel secure on the inside, they can handle mistakes without giving up and can celebrate their friends’ success without feeling jealous. These types of people prioritize themselves first and then others they take care of their inner world first.

We Should become healthy narcissists because it can improve our inner world as well as our environment too.

There is a quote I would like to end with it “The goal is not to have no ego…the goal is to have a healthy one.” you know it helps us to grow too.

So Yup That’s it on Human Nature

Well this is the it for this book but there are more as i continued to read i have find out that there are 10 types of toxic personality if you want to learn more about it then buy the book from amazon or want to know what are those personality then you can check my Instagram reel for it.
